Overview
River Tubing in the Osumi Canyon is one of the most unique summer adventures in Albania. After June, when the water level drops, the Albania Rafting Group opens the season for river tubing inside the 3-million-year-old canyon, famous for its dramatic cliffs, lush vegetation, and crystal-blue waters.
This tour combines adventure, exploration, and physical activity, offering a serene yet exciting way to experience one of Albania’s most breathtaking natural wonders. With international-standard equipment, professional guides, and a safe, comfortable experience, river tubing in Osumi is a “must-do” for anyone visiting Berat or Skrapar.
Our Berat river tubing tour is suitable for couples, families, solo travelers, and groups. The experience lasts 3–3.5 hours, offering a peaceful and exciting journey along the natural wonders of the Osumi River.
What to Expect
PACKAGE 1 – River Tubing Only
Price: 39 EUR / person
Meet at Albania Adventure Resort, 60 km from Berat (asphalted national road; free parking). at 10,45
Receive all equipment and clothing.
Safety briefing and tour instructions by professional guides.
Minibus transfer to the starting point.
3–3.5 hours of river tubing inside Osumi Canyon.
Return to base for changing rooms and showers.
Return to Berat with your own car via the same paved road as is the only paved one.
PACKAGE 2 – Full Experience With Transport & Lunch
Price: 79 EUR / person
Duration: ~8 hours
Pickup in Berat (Castle Park Hotel or Bachelor's Mosque).at 8.45
Travel 60 km (1.5 hours) toward the canyon, with a short scenic stop.
Arrival at Albania Rafting Group base, receive full equipment.
Professional instructions and tour briefing.
3–3.5 hours of river tubing in Osumi Canyon.
Return to base for showers and changing rooms.
Only 5 minutes away, a traditional Skrapar lunch awaits you.
Return to Berat around 16:30.
